ICDS - How it works
The four principle ways we begin to look at shifting toward higher levels of capacity are through: Integration, Compassion, Developmentally stepped goals,
and having everything Sustainably organised. This is known as the ICDS approach and makes up founder Dr. Richard Sherry’s vision of Integrative Systems Healing (copyright © 2011-2013), which is at the heart of much of the company’s ethical and leadership ethos.
Much of the focus is on assessing the areas of difficulty or vulnerability, and helping improve on the resiliency and vision of how the person, team, or organisation wants to evolve. The company specialises in understanding the complex issues and needs incumbent within vulnerability. These aspects can be assessed and/or? strengthened, whilst bespoke strategies unique to the needs and requirements of the individual/team/organisation are developed to create a personally meaningful vision.
